    Listener Jamie Dodson (who writes the Nick Grant Adventure Novels http://www.nickgrantadventures.com) sent us a link to a Northrup Grumman animated video of the F-35 Electro Optical Distributed Aperture System (DAS). This bit of extreme electronics provides full spherical visual awareness around the aircraft through a display on the visor. Day or night. It’s pretty cool:
