Not sure I truly believe what they are all predicting but at least it points to the fact that some consolidation among the legacies must occur. The ruinous price competition has all of them on the brink of financial disaster. Besides none of the legacies is sufficiently reinvesting in hard assets, so planes, facilities and so forth are getting older and, eventually, will wear out.
