This special episode features the Aviation Jetpardy game where three top notch airplane geeks match their aviation knowledge to see who rises to the top of the pile. In this match we have:
- Phil Derner from NYCAviation.com, @nycaviation on Twitter
- Henry Harteveldt from Forrester Research, @hharteveldt on Twitter
- Brett H Snyder, The Cranky Flier and Cranky Conceirge, @crankyflier on Twitter
Benet Wilson from AviationWeek hosts the game and Steve Frischling (Flying with Fish, @flyingwithfish) originated the concept, provided the questions and answers, and acted as judge. Dan Webb created the game board, David Vanderhoof helped with scoring, and Rob Mark looked pretty.
Jetpardy was broadcast live over Ustream to an audience of listeners and friends, except we had a little (OK, a big) technical difficulty and the audio feed didn’t make it into the stream. The game board was there, but no sound. We’re going to figure out what Max did wrong and fix it (or him) before we try Jeopardy again.

Hi Guys
Attached is my file which shows the earnings of different airlines over 2009 and 2008. I hope you can use it in a future podcast. Also was the Jetpardy live stream saved as an audio file that can be downloaded? I was not able to make the show and would love to be able to listen to it driving to work. Thanks
Stephen

Hi geeks,
Thanks for all the work you put into your show — I love it.
As an amateur photographer, I read “The Luminous Landscape” regularly. But there’s a recent post there that I think you might be interested in, about the difficulty in traveling from Toronto International Airport to the U.S. The article is at http://www.luminous-landscape.com/essays/outrage.shtml
Keep up the good work, and I hope to meet you when you next visit the Place Crazy Down Under folk in person.
